I don't know if you got this resolved, but if you go to Microsoft's site they should be able to find an FAQ on this topic. Sometimes these microsoft questions can be tricky. We just had Outlook come up with a "Interface not registered" error and resolved it by doing a Google search. If I come across anything, I will let you know. It would be helpful to have the exact wording.
