Well no word back from Keystone - so I decided to tear it apart again. I dropped the entire front - checked all welds, nothing. Then I got a ratchet and phillips head and started really checking the screws going up through the frame into the aluminum walls. I drew the full quarter inch or more between the frame and walls just by tightening the screws. Not stripped either, which is why I believe they put the wood in there on the newer ones and fixing the older ones. Put the molding back on and NO MOVEMENT.
(happy guy).
The molding is actually attached to the aluminum frame, but overlaps the steel shelf from the frame. With the movement between the two when setting on the landing gear, it pushed down on the molding.
It may not stay - may be a maintenance item, but beats a trip back to the factory to get it fixed.
