While at the Ocala Fl RV show we notice Keystone is now installing the Duo Therm Comfort Control instead of the dredded remote. Has anyone tried or had the remote replaced under warranty on any of their units. I would think Keysone would and should step up to bar on this one since the remote has proven to be so unreliable.

Many have had their remote replaced with the standard wall mount CCC system (including me). Do a search on the forum and you'll find one of the biggest string of notes on this subject.

We had to jump through the hoops with Dometic and it has taken 5 months but finally we will be getting our CCC when we get to Yuma, az. A couple months back we saw the remote in a new cambridge and at the RGV RV show we saw one in an Everest. Looking forward to getting our new system....

look at the longest post on this subject Remote Thermostats tells the whole story there. they know it was bad move and yes I had mine replaced under warranty, did the install my self. went direct to Dometic and they sent me CCC to install and sent the the remote system back to them.
CCC works great.
