Oddities in our camping park; Towing

I have observed some things here, some odd, some I just wanted to share.

The angled A/C unit is a bad install, the A/C unit was put in in an angled roof location, not good for the old compressor and the condensate drain, he will have trouble, if he hasn't already. It looks like a new one, probably the second...or third one; I'll keep my nose out of it.
There is a bike falling off the back as well.
The motorcycle and trailer may or may not be safe, the trailer looks too low.........hope they are safe.

Where you at now OZZ? Don't look like SPI to me. I don't recall that many trees on the whole island. We went to Progreso, Mexico today, and man, those trailers look good compared to all the vehicles we saw in tow down that way. I guess they buy those vehicles at auctions to sell in Mexico. We'll be back here somewhere in the fall. Stay safe.

My son and his wife were here earlier in the week. Stayed in San Antonio last night. Not sure where they ate, (stayed on the river walk) but they both had some sort of shrimp appetizer, then different meals. Both were sick today. No alcohol involved, as we did that in Neuvo Progreso. Celebrated his 29th down there Monday. He had to try the mechanical bull at the Belly to Belly Bar. BTW the bull won again. Don't know if you've been there or not, but Garcia's has great food. We had the fried frog legs and broiled quail. Noticed they are building one on the island.

Your pictures look like Braunig Lake RV Park. We stayed there over Thanksgiving last fall on our way south. Spent a week in the far back row on the south side of the pond. Very quiet at the time we were there. Park was only about 1/3 full.

Thanks, Rex. This is my blog, I guess, I am the Old Hippie lost in time I guess, have a hard time getting something this simple right, wouldn't have a clue as to the intricacies of a blog.
I'll have to do some wiring or rehab in trade for someone to bring me up to speed on a blog, and my Ozz's mods deal.
I'll check yours out and see what's up.

Very nice, so you two are the traveling dealers I heard about!
I wish I knew that when we visited Laughlin on Turkey Day, lost money, had a ball, Chief's won, we got tipsy and spent the night in the Nugget, (I think) then drove back the next morning to Havasu and fed the cats...
Wish we could have met......... Someday.

Okie Guy, that is what I was thinking, putting alot of faith in those tiny trailer tires, I bet he does 65-70 with it...
Chuck & Suzanne, Wow, it started out bad, but the last Three days have been super, we just returned from the Riverwalk, ate good, shopped at the big indoor center and enjoyed every second of it.
I'll post some pictures.

Chuck & Suzanne, Ozz

Most of those little tires on those trailers or rated for higer speeds and are 12 ply.

Didn't know that, Don. Stands to reason they would make them to go the higher speeds.

Jim, we are at Braunig Lake C.G. down South of town. Looks like bad weather tomorrow, but glad we didn't go North this morning.

Ozz thanks for the photos. I agree if you are going to make a change, it needs to be done right. I just hope you don't get shot for walking through RV parks taking pictures of people's rigs.

Will,
When you are in Progresso, do you ever stop in at the Rose Garden? Great place to catch up on the "world gossip" and solve all of her problems. We often like to eat at either the Red Snapper, or Ay Jalisco's. Great food at both and often good entertainment.

Yes, me as well.
We just pulled into USI RV park in Wichita Kansas, (windy today) but we had a tailwind all the way from Gainsville Texas.
The gomer next to us here unscrewed his 4" cap from his waste line, dark brown sludge and water-Yep., poured out, he held the cap close to the pipe end for two or three minutes draining the #%@& all over the ground, and splashing up on him with the wind, bare handed. Darwin's theory there, for sure.
