Roof Antenna

Has anyone had troubles with the roof antenna bouncing and creating wear or a hole in the EPDM roof? Mine seems close to the roof. Past RV's have had a cradle that the antenna rests on. I was thinking of adding a strip of Eternabond where the antenna rests.

Yea/Nay??

Saw something that looked like wear and placed the eternabond where the antenna was hitting.

Noticed a little wear and placed eternabond tape where the spots were.
