Finally upgraded to a fifth wheel

We upgraded from a travel trailer with bunks to a 2020 Montana High Country 373 RD. Our boys are 22 and 17 with the shortest being 6’4... they had outgrew the bunks. we are looking at retirement in 3 years so we upgraded to fit what we wanted in a camper for the next stage of life. We pull it with a dodge 3 quarter ton dually.

Congrats on your new camper, and congrats for considering a suitable "couple's camper". My son (35 years old) and his son 7 years old, live with us and two or three times a year they'll go camping with us over an extended week-end. Ours has opposing slides in the front living room with the same hide-a-beds in each slide. My son is over 6 feet tall and when he and his son stay with us in the camper, he has no problems at all with bed length. Your's will serve well for your kids too. Enjoy the new camper!

Welcome aboard and congratulations on the 5th. wheel. Once you have a 5th. wheel it's hard to go back to a standard bumper pull trailer. The 5th. wheels tow so nice.
