What's showing?

We are curious if there is anyway to know what Montana Models will be shown at the RV shows. We were told by one dealer that they won't know until the first day of the show. We are currently hot on the 3400RL, but would like to see the new 3485 and Big Sky if they are shown. We are within range to attend Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus and the Pittsburgh shows.

I don't know where that dealer does his show but around here the dealers know well in advance what they will be showing at the big shows and for the smaller shows it is based on what the dealer is willing to order for the show. Being the 3485 is a new floor plan any dealer that didn't have it in any show will be losing out on sales. As they can order rigs specifically for the show there is no reason they would know what will be shown months in advance.

As of right now, the new 340RLQ Big Sky will not be available to been seen at my local show in mid Jan. The 3485RL is supposed to be there, although I have seen it already in Goshen.

The Big Sky does not go into production till the first of Jan. They are taking over the Cambridge plant and will be building 6 to 8 a day to start. Each dealership is going to get 1 Big Sky on the first go round. Once every dealer who wants one has one, dealerships can then order more quanities of the Big Sky to meet their needs. Orders begin in Jan for customers who want to purchase the new Big Sky.

Montana Sky, it sounds like a trip to the local dealer to persuade him on which one of the new Big Sky's he needs to order is in my near future. Once he has it on the lot it will make it really hard to turn down.

Fordzilla, From all that we have been reading on the forum, we think you are right. It sounds like the Big Sky will be the one. We don't want to miss anything, so we still have to check out the others.

The Big Sky is going to be in limited production to begin with, 6 to 8 a day is all that is going to be built to start with. They are not going to ramp up the production numbers till later this spring/summer. Each dealership has the option to take 1 Big Sky on the first round. Once every dealer who wants one has one, Keystone will then open up the orders for more units if a dealership wants them.

Don,

Here's a link http://www.keystone-bigsky.com/index.html

Keystone also added the brochure to the site, has all the Upgrades listed on the Big Sky.
