We replaced it with regular hinges, but we almost had to. On our model you can't get in the bathroom if the slide is closed with that type of hinge.

Guessing your pivot/roller assembly on top of the door is about to give up the ghost. Lots of folks replacing them with accordion doors or regular hinges. We choose to stay with the original pivot assembly, at least for now. It's a 5 minute fix and about $11. Away from my maintenance folder ight now but can provide the info on where I got mine in a day or so. One of the other folks on here provided it to me earlier because I was having trouble sourcing it. FYI, I bought 2 because we are FT, they are cheap, it's an easy fix, and we go in/out of this door a lot. Joe

Thank you. Just purchased RV so it is a warranty issue.

The nut on our pivot door started getting a little loose after 6 months of full time use. I simply snugged it back up and put clear silicone caulk liberally on the threads and it's not noticeable unless you know to look for it. 18 more months of full time later and still tight and operating smoothly.

No issues with ours after over 18 months. I do lube it about once a month.

One of the other MOC folks (can't remember exactly who?) on this site helped me out with sourcing these. We bought our "Sliding Door Roller" from Campers Inn RV in Huntsville, Al. I am pretty certain they got it from Keystone, PN 529974, $12.99. FYI.... Trek-wood.com also has them, same PN, but their price is $21.60. Good luck, Joe.

Pivot door hinge

Anybody know who makes this hinge or where I can buy? Got a price from local Montana dealer, $99.00.

mtheo, if you are looking for the pivot/ roller assembly (original equipment) see my 7/29 post just above yours. Trekwood.com has them.

Thanks Florida, but I'm doing something wrong or you posted the wrong number, all I get is a roller assembly with that number, Trekwood. And it look as if it is a closet door roller.

That looks like a pocket door roller.
When mine finally breaks, I will replace it with a sliding barn door kit.

Screwed the bolt back in, reinstalled and adjusted the bolt (the door had dropped down to where the latch was slightly lower than the strike plate) and then tightened the jam nut and it works like new. Maybe this is all the OP needs to do?

This looks like the same assembly used on the sliding master bedroom closet doors. Mine have come apart during towing.
