I have always theorized that one of those covers would be hard pressed to make it at my place (the Monte lives here too) due to high winds. Years ago when we first moved out here I put up one of those plastic tarp garages from Tractor Supply as a temporary measure until permanent garage was ready...the wind beat the thing to shreds in about 18 months.

I have a Camco Ultraguard (I Think) cover we got new with our 2019 3791RD. I opened the box, but have never put it on the rig since I can't get up there to do it. I had open heart surgery and the DW doesn't want me on top anymore. We bought the 3 year replace with it in October 2019. PM me if interested. I hate that it just sits in the garage still folded like it was in the box.

Our experience with fifth wheel trailer covers is the light ones are easy to cover but will shred after exposed in high wind (ours lasted 6 months). A heavy cover is difficult and clumsy to install and will also shred over time (ours lasted 2 years while living overseas). Non of the covers we found are designed for installing over rain spouts on each corner so they are guaranteed chaff point and potential tear points unless you cover the spouts with foam or other heavy material to mitigate chaffing (which could be mitigated by a reinforced rain spout holes). Also non of the covers we have used could be adequately secured around the cab to mitigate wind tunnel when left unattended. So to protect our new trailer this time we had it ceramic coated since we did not want to cover when not in uses and do not have covered storage. The new cover for it sits in storage.

We tried a cover once, never again. A few folks in our snowbird park in Florida do use them, Goldline is a favored brand, ADCO less popular.

As mentioned above, I still have the cover, brand new never used. Anyone wants it, $100.00. I'll take the loss.
It sill has the patch material and AC cover with it too.
