Heber City Rally 2023 Baggy Breakfast

Baggie Breakfast is scheduled for Monday June 12 at 9:00 AM

The Baggie Breakfast is a MOC tradition of placing raw eggs in a Ziploc bag with a bunch of other ingredients and boiling it in hot water to make an omelet goes way back. Bring your own 1 quart “freezer style” Ziploc bag and 1, 2 or 3 eggs. You will then add additional ingredients that are available to your bag. Pass it on to the chefs who will cook it to perfection. Bring your own plate and utensils and coffee cup. Coffee will be provided. Toast and other breakfast items will also be available

What you need to bring is a one-quart zip lock freezer bag with your eggs in it:
Write your name on baggie with black sharpie (yes you must crack eggs first before putting in bag like scramble eggs) with number of eggs Ex one, two, three. Then add all your favorite ingredients to your bag and we will cook it for you.

We will need omelet ingredients, side dishes ,Potatoes, sweet rolls, coffee cake, bacon, sausage, ham, fruit, etc

We could use quite a bit of egg ingredients (in previous years we have run short due to increase new MOC members) please sign up for multiple members to bring ingredients...

Please bring your own plates, utensils, and coffee cups.

Please sign up below for what you would like to bring.

We will bring sausage for a side dish (thank you Costco!)

I have a cooker. Jim Bender and Bob Rorhmann are bringing cookers. I remember there were two other poster on the other Thread who were bringing cookers, so with 5 of them we should be good to go.

I have a question. Are the LARGE POTS different from the COOKERS? I have the propane burner with a large pot, so is that a COOKER or a LARGE POT?

Well, seeing that Pat Pyles isn’t attending this rally, so none of her world famous biscuits and gravy, and I guess Kristi hasn’t volunteered to make it either, Becky has decided to again step in to make her biscuits and gravy.
