2022 295RL slide issues

We just bought a brand new 295RL 3 weeks ago. The large Kitch slide gets stuck and won't retrack without my tugging on the top head piece. The slide extends just fine, what could be the problem??
We had the trailer back to the dealership for 2 weeks with no repair, we couldn't wait any long to make a scheduled trip. I wish to fix this on the road somewhere.

Call keystone customer service and run that past them

On my 2022 295rl, the bottom of the kitchen slide comes in about 10 inches then the top releases (lack for a better word) and catches up with the bottom. The dealer and Keystone told me that was normal.
