I might say that we had only a blanket and a 4 ft. level in the storage of the bed slide and it did the same as the very first question. Hello, Can you sent info on the 6" long roller that was installed?

Our 2019 3120 has actually has the linoleum split along the path of the rollers. When the slide is in, the casters sit on 3/16 inch ridge compressible pad. The dents never disappeared, when the slide is out.

Might try using Armstrong S761 linoleum edge sealer the repair the ugly cracks.

I am thinking of installing 4 101a skateboard wheels. The axle will be a bolt that extends through the outside of the slide frame.

My dealership provided 2 sets of these slide floor protectors. Told me it was a must have and without them the slides would eventually tear my lino.

RV bed wheels
I have read many stories of the bed wheels tearing the floor or leaving tracks in it. One solution was to add wide slide rollers to the end of the bed. The problem with this is the actual bed frame is made of 1"x2" soft pine frame covered with 1/4" luan paneling. Looks pretty but no strength.
I removed the bottom plywood under the bed storage space and added more 1x2 to the frame to strengthen it by sliding them up into the cavity between the inner and outer luan wall panels. I used 1" screws to hold them in place. Picture 5.
I used a 2"×4", mounted 2" wheels on block spacers to the bottom of the board. Picture 0. Then mounted the board to the end of the bed using 4" screws going from the outside through the reinforced bed frame into the 2x4. Picture 11.
I used a 2x4 to be able to anchor it to the bed frame. I used block shims between the 2x4 and wheels to make up the difference in height. Because the bed frame was slightly off going from left to right I had to shave off some wood to make it level so the wheels carried equal load all the way across. Picture 1.
To mount the board with the wheels attached I drilled pilot holes from the outside of the bed through the 1x2 reinforced frame into the 2x4. I installed 4" screws from the outside through the reinforced frame into the 2x4 above each wheel and the left and right end of the board. This helps distribute the load evenly across all the wheels and the bed frame. Picture 11.
I have read other stories of people extending the slide and then finding the bed had detached from the wall and sitting on the floor. To prevent this we only put very light things in any slide. I found that the head of the bed frame is NOT anchored to any wall stud. There is NO wall stud at the head of the bed. I added several 1.5" screws to the head board of the frame and installed corner reinforced brackets. Picture 12.

That looks great but I dont see a picture 12 and what did you do with the existing casters? Are they still on the bed?

Sorry, lost trace of them. Here's # 12. This is me looking for a wall stud to anchor the head of the bed.
Yes, I left the original wheels in place. I figure they can help share the load.
