Unclean Shower Door Tracks

If anyone has the three sliding glass shower doors they know how dirty they get and how difficult they are to clean. DH installed an expandable shower curtain rod and a clear plastic shower curtain liner on the inside of the door. Water now runs along the curtain, keeping the tracks from getting wet! What a time saver!

I was also unhappy with the mess and inability to clean appropriately in those tracks so I decided to remove my doors entirely. Glad I did water was pooling underneath that track and molding. I put the extendable curtain rod and curtain in many months ago and have not regretted it at all. I live in my trailer fulltime & there is no water splatter on the floor for curtain hangs below shower base lip & definitely more room for a big guy.

All I did was get an expandable shower curtain rod and a clear shower curtain liner and attached on the rod on the inside of the shower. It prevents any water from draining into the tracks and is unseen when the doors are closed as my shower doors have a pattern on them. Picture attached.
