RAM 67,500 Mile EGR System Clean & Filter

My 2011 6.7 3500 RAM diesel dually is coming up near the 67,500 mile maintenance. What exactly has to be done?? And what happens if you go past the 67,500 miles??
Also I have heard the if it is registered in New York that they will do the maintenance under warranty?? And if so where does it state that?? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
Also how hard is it to do it yourself??
