Hot Water Heater Lines

Where is the best place to access the water lines to hot water heater in a 2011 3400RL. It appears I will have to cut a hole somewhere since I can't locate any removal panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: After cleaning out the shelf where Mike's arrow is pointing. And getthing a flash light and put my glasses on I found screws to remove the shelf then the back panel came out. I now have access and found that one of the lines snapped off. Appears I didn't do very good job winterizing it. Thanks for the imput.

My guess would be to go thru the kitchen cabinet from the living room side.

Edit: the Atwood water heater on my motorhome is sandwiched between two basement storage compartments. I need to replace the heating element located on the back side - but the back side is not accessible. The only way to do the job is to remove the water heater. I dont know that yours is the same - but they may have placed it with no access except thru the front. Just sayin’ - it happens!

That's where I thought, I would have to cut the panel where your pointing. Good thinking on their part not having a removal panel. When I'm done it will have a removal panel.
