What would you use?
We managed to get to our winter job north of Yuma on the day the county watered and bladed the road. As a result the bottom of the rig was coated in salt laden mud. As I was under there hosing it off I found that the rubber seal on the lower side of one of my living room slides was hanging down. It's held on by a screw on each end and apparently was glued onto the metal in between. I'm thinking of either using Gorilla Glue or the 3M double sided tape product to stick it back on, but wanted to see if anyone had a better idea.

Dick,
If the surfaces are properly cleaned the 3M VHB tape will work. What I like to do is use a combo by leaving 1" spacing between the tape along the run and then running glue or silicone at the gaps so this way you have a belts and suspenders approach.
Good Luck!

I vote for the automotive adhesive too. That gasket won't fall off again

I used spray adhesive. Problem with gorilla glue I experienced was the clamping for glue setup.

Thanks everyone. I think I'll go with the automotive gasket glue approach, that's what it's intended for. Once again, the forum comes thru with something I hadn't thought of.
