Hot Water Switch

2011 Big Sky 3580RL The rocker switch that turns on the hot water heater on electricty has to be worked 5 0r 6 times before the switch light will stay on and the heater works. I have bought a new rocker switch but do not know if I can just pop the bad switch out of the control panel or do I have to take the panel off the wall and push the bad switch out of the panel from the back side. If you have done this before with any of the panel switches please let me know.

I believe you will need to remove the panel. This is a 12v switch correct? There are flanges on the switch that will need to be pressed to take the switch out of the panel.

Sure your right about how to remove switch but pretty sure switch is 120V as heating element is 120.
