Decal glue
I know this has been asked before, but has anyone out there found a good liquid to take
off the glue from these decals? The sun has actually baked them on!
Thanks in advance!

3M adhesive remover. I just finished removing my front decals. Used an old towel and lots of the remover and the adhesive just melts away. Got it at O'reillys auto parts store.
Edit: I did remove the decals first. Some with heat gun and plastic scraper. Some with 3M eraser wheel. Both left lots of adhesive on which I used the liquid remover.

I used something like "Glue gone" or such. I think it worked well.

We're in the process of removing all your decals now. We have found that the 3M general Purpose Adhesive Remover works good. It's a lot of work, but we founded that if you put it in a spray bottle you can soak the area better and then scrap the excess glue and wipe down with a clean rag.

What I found is the eraser wheel takes the decals off and leaves less adhesive than the heat gun and scraper approach. A lot of the adhesive balls up under the wheel with the decal pieces and flies off in little pieces. After removing a decal I would hold a section of towel below an area of the remaining adhesive, drag the tip of the nozzle across and above the adhesive while squirting out the liquid, let the liquid "sheet" down over the adhesive, and soak the towel below. Then wipe that section of saturated towel over the adhesive. Most of it would just melt into the towel. Repeat over the area until that section was clean. Then move over to the next area using a clean section of towel. The liquid evaporates rapidly so it is important to keep the section of towel saturated for ease of removal. Using that method I did not do any scraping.
