Spring Hanger Brakes/Good Sam says no
I had both back spring hangers brake. Right and left side. We all know why they brake and the fix. ( which I never got to ) My question I have the Good Sam Gold Plan "HA HA Today they denied Paying for the fix. Grinding off old weld and replacing with new hangers.Has any one with this insurance had the same problem. And did Good Sam pay or deny?[/b] What did they tell you or what did you tell them. Makes you so mad .You pay for years then somthing honestly breaks and they will not pay. Oh they did pay for Landing gear motor and gear box. they paid 140.00 of the 440.00 bill I paid 300.00 deductable OH this is on the same invoice claim as the Hangers.

Appeal it. Tell them you are unhappy and inform them on how many members there are in your Forum and Montana Owners Club, and you started a thread explaining how worthless their insurance is.
Tell them you are going to fight this and they will get nothing but bad publicity from it.

I would send an e-mail to Marcus (CEO Good Sam/Camping World) know, he's pushing all the Good Sam Services, like said above "What have you got to lose".

I sent a letter to Marcus a few months back about bad service at Camping World NJ trying to get a second air in and never got a reply! Don't expect much help there. I was very disappointed. Never acknowledged the email.

I would also post it on the Good Sam Forum. Letters to Marcus are, in my opinion, a joke and are delivered right to the circular file. A long thread on their forum, however, sometimes works. Another thing to do just for fun is write a complaint to that column in the Good Sam Magazine that helps consumers with complaints against companies. Couldn't hurt and would be fun.

I'm with Dick on this. An email is easy to ignore. A public on the other hand isn't as easy to ignore. It's a very old but true saying, the squeaky wheel (bearing?) gets the grease!
