A pleasant surprise!
Just got back from our PDI. While inspecting the unit I was surprised to find that two items had been upgraded without my asking for them or paying for them.
First, the factory installed a newfangled converter. Unlike the old ones, this has LED lights and a viewer window to let you know right off where you have tripped a breaker or blown a fuse. It's nothing like what I saw in the show unit. That's a nice feature for the "electrically challenged" like me! Besides, who doesn't like some cool little LED lights!?
Even better, when folding out the sleeper sofa we discovered that, rather than the lumpy sleeper sofa mattress, ours came with the inflatable air bed AND a storage drawer under the sofa. Of course the mattress has its own built-in inflator pump. Just plug it in and, voila, instant bed. I thought these were reserved only for the Montanas. Imagine my surprise to find it in my Mountaineer!
Other than a couple very minor items (that the dealer is correcting) the PDI was great. We can't wait to go pick it up in a couple of days.

Bean - I love it when that happens!! Well usually, guess I wouldn't like it if they changed the colors to burnt orange, sky blue and avocado and I was expecting Desert Sunset
Enjoy your new rig!! Those beds sound nice!

Our dealer said that he heard Keystone was switching the Mountaineer line over to produce a backlog of Montanas. Our assumption is that I got lucky and they used components they had stocked for the Montanas.
I'm not sure there is any validity to this premise other than the fact that I did catch a bit of good luck - for which I am grateful.
