fuses

What size fuses do you keep on hand? I know the fuse panel has 15s but what else should I get? Thanks in advance.

I also carry a few 30 amp fuses for my landing gear.

Your fuse panel should have 15, [s]20 (washer and dryer)[/s] and two 30 amp for the converter. Then
30 or 40 amp for the front landing legs. If your rear stabilizers are electric you should check that fuse. Also check the fuse size for you brake controller and the fuse that supplies the 12vdc to you trailer through the plug on the truck.
Good question.
Cheers,
Edit Thanks SlickWillie

Washer and dryer have fuses? We don't have either. Just curious.

I carry most every size fuse made. From 5 amp to 40 40 amp. The tiny and meduim spade type and the old glass tube type. I had all these fuses left over from my firefighter days. I took care of 4 fire departments emergency apparatus from the lights to the sirens. I even have 15 and 30 amp auto reset circuit breakers.

So if you blow a fuse and you see me around come on over as I probably have just the one you need.

I carry what H.John.Kohl carries plus two 40 amp resettable inline breakers for IF and WHEN my landing gear fuses blow. I will replace them at that point with the breakers, hopefully I won't have to, but one never knows. In 20 months of fulltiming, I have yet to blow a fuse (knock on wood)!!!!!! Tripped some breakers a few times and should probably have some of those on hand also, although I wouldn't know how to change them out, at least I would have one......

I can't remember the size, but there is a fuse on the refrigerator circuit board also. We had a failure after going through a tornado and had to take the fuse out, put it back in, and then eerything worked again.
