Hello from alberta
I have just recently purchased (not picked up yet) 2023 Montana High Country 37FLL. Love the layout, hoping it works 4 seasons as the dealership says it will (with the appropriate skirting and thermal taping of outside pipes etc and keeping it well stocked in propane of course). Are there others living in it full time in winter weather that could advise me? I was looking at heat traced sewer lines, are they a good option? I already have a heated water hose.

There are different areas of AB. My neighbor (winter time) here in AZ lives in Calgary, and says their weather isn't too bad. But west of there are some mountains that would be cold. I assume you don't live in the mountains, etc??? Calgary type weather would probably be doable. (Not for me tho - I like it warm!)

Solar Flex 400i I have the same and it works well! Did yours come with lithium batteries? If not you might want to upgrade. Also consider slide toppers. It's much cheaper to from the factory then doing it after. And you can finance it in the price.

Not a hope in Lethbridge, it's a struggle on Vancouver Island where -5C/23F is normal, and -10/14F is rare, but that is where it is a problem. Tank heaters are only about a square foot and will not stop water in the lines from freezing. Also, make sure all tanks are closed except to drain them all at the warmest part of the day, then close them again. Obviously, heated water hoses, heat tape on the water supply, and it has to go down several feet where you are. Heat tape on all water lines after the heated hose part. If you add 1500 to 5000 BTU of belly heat it might make it. By now you must know you need a 420lb propane tank and it will last a month maybe at the coldest temps.
Last year on the island we hit -10C/14F or a bit lower and not only lost water for several days, but also lost sewer for a few days as well. That was when we added and insulated with 2" of roxul insulation overturned garbage can and an always on rough service 50? watt light.
The reason they can say 4 seasons is tied up in legalese and a strong lobby. Common sense should tell you how you will fare with at best R5 walls and if you have any openings that cold air can enter and flow then waaaaaaaay worse, it's the flowing air that gets you.
