For shore power, if I could recommend tapping the transfer switch with a mallet. You should here a "clunk" when the magnet resets. The switch is behind the storage wall in the middle.
This happened to us last summer. Every time we lost power the transfer switch would fail to reset the magnet once shore power was restored.
Just sharing our experience.

Where exactly is the transfer switch?
Owner in the Facebook group 3120/21rl Montana Owners Group is having a problem with theirs.
Works on generator power but not on shore power.

May I suggest a split-end method of troubleshooting. First check for 240 volts (phase-to-phase) at the female end of the 50 amp power cord. Also, 120 volts from each phase to ground. It that is good, go to the converter and check for voltage at the two 50 amp breakers. If that is good then the problem is in the internal 120 volt distribution. If there is no power at the two 50 amp breakers in the converter, I'd pull the male power connector on the back of the RV and make sure the connections there are good.

Thanks for the information but the trailer is in the shop. Its been there for 7 days and we really don't have a great answer about what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. I am really mad about this right now. I been have the day with the dealership and the other have with Montana 5er's in Indiana. Starting Monday we start asking for a new trailer. Will let you know what happens. In the mean time we still have our Toy hauler for traveling. But, we are still on lock down so we are not going anywhere soon.....
