Mazatlan Mexico Recommendations

We would like to winter 5 months near Mazatlan in our Monty, but have never been there or any other place in Mexico. Does anyone have a recommendation for RV Parks near Mazatlan?

We found a lot of hands on info on another forum called RV.Net Open Roads Forum. They have partitioned the site into various interests, including travelling in Mexico. Have fun in Mexico. We have spent a lot of winter months on the Baja over the last 4yrs.

Thanks for redirect Dodger. You must have liked winters in Baja. Are there any places there you might recommend for an RVer?

The Baja is more rugged than the built up areas on the mainland, with the exception of the most southern part of the long peninsula,known as Cabo which is more touristy than where we stay which is close to the town of Mulege, about half way down. I don't know anything about the mainland but many people prefer it due to more and better campgrounds.
