Key TV HELP! Please

Hi guys, I had cable tv and internet installed in my 3813. The TV sets each require a cable wire connected to a cable box and they work fine. The internet comes in on the same cable wire. The internet modem gets no signal. Technician put a splitter in the basement dividing the signal between the Key TV and the modem which is in the basement now.

I would like to know if anyone has used a modem through the Key TV unit. Any information on key tv would be really helpful.

I am pretty sure the KeyTV system never considered internet signals. A splitter, as you have done, is probably the best answer.

Since you had it installed by a Tech does it work? If not did the Tech configure the modem properly?

Everything works fine as configured. Last night I downloaded the schematic connection diagrams as recommended to me and with no mention of internet I am fairly sure that I have done it correctly. This appears to be a simple, though misunderstood, 3 input 5 output automated switch to allow the use of single wire runs.
