Sheared landing gear shaft (need help identifying)

I have a 2007 Montana Mountaineer 342pht. I was just trying to extend my landing gear, but the shaft that comes out of the landing gear leg and through the gearbox was shared (see pics below). So can anyone confirm if I'll have to replace the whole landing gear leg to fix this, or if there is perhaps another way to replace this shaft? Also, does anyone know what this part would be called?

Venture Manufacturing made the leg assembly and are great to work with, They have everything from individual parts to complete leg assemblies. I have never seen a sheared shaft like this and I am not sure if it is part of the gearbox or the landing leg (it has been a while since I worked on one of these). Never the less Venture will know. Here is some dated contact information for them. The people may have changed but the main number should be good.

You may contact : Patty Everling EXT 20 / email patty@venturemfgco.com
Pam Hamilton EXT 24 / email pam@venturemfgco.com
Sue Haller EXT 28 / email sue@venturemfgco.com

Anyone of us will be happy to take your call.
