Browning on side panels

Does anyone know what the cause of this is, is it fading or water damage

First let me say welcome to the forum! I'm not sure what you're dealing with there, but hopefully someone who does know will be along soon.

Had the browning on one storage door and one propane tank door down towards the bottom. Keystone said it was caused by the drains in the bottoms of the doors being plugged (water damage), but service center verified mine were not. I was a year out of warranty, so I had to buy the doors on my dime. Your photos look a lot like my spots did … I'd guess you have water damage as well.

if it is water damage the mounting screws for the awning should be looked at and resealed.

It defiantly looks like water damage between the luan & Gil-coat. The doors can be replace purity easy the 5er walls can be very costly to repair. you need to talk to a boat repair shop that does Gil-coat repair or body shop that does fiber glass work is your best bet to fix it. jeffba is correct on the awning screws or rivets is wear the water is getting in that wall. the one by the window I would look at the trim on top by the gutter or the trim going down the back of the floating wall.
