Lippert level up issue

My Lippert system is acting up when I try to auto level. First off, I'm not seeing any messages on the read out screen. When I attempt to auto level it will work sporadically and then it will stop and make a grinding noise. If I manually do it there is more success, but will still make the noise, stop and go again just fine. Is this potentially a gear problem? Controller bad? Thanks for your thoughts on this.

A simple phone call to Lippert will help you solve this issue. Its been stated by many on here, that Lippert has GREAT customer service and will help you more than a dealer will.

Agree, call lippert customer service. If you need a part, cheaper to go thru them. They are good at telephone diagnosis.

I have a 2017 Alpine 3660FL. Mine was doing same thing. Turns out my battery was bad therefore not enough juice going through solenoid. Replaced with new battery and problem went away.
