First trip-Dometic fridge problems

We had our unit plugged in for 3 days before leaving. Fridge was set at 4 and temp. Was showing 36....loaded fridge hooked truck up but left unit plugged in.Closed up slides and retracted legs. Next morning fridge showed 60...both auto and Lp Lights lite but nothing running. Put unit on lp only to get unit cold again. Once it read 46 tried it back on electric, but after 4 hrs. It never came down. Put on gas overnight and is now 32.....back on electric now for 2 hrs. And shows 33. What is this reading..... Freezer or fridge.... Lost faith in the electric mode.
