Fantastic Fan

We have a Fantastic Fan with a wall panel switch. I have turned the switch to manual and automatic but only the vent cover lifts up, the blades do not turn. Am I doing something wrong?

I believe you need to adjust down the temperature setting of the fan before it will cut in, it's probably set too high.

I have adjusted the temperature up and down on both automatic and manual, still nothing.

That's what it sounds like to me as well.

I see you have a 2013. If that fan has been working up to now and is now suddenly inoperative, I would check the wiring and switch.

Take the screen off and turn the fan by hand. If it is tight, it probably needs replacing. They are a good co. Contact them directly and they may replace it.

There is a fuse in the fan as well, not sure if the cover will open if the fuse is gone or not, but the fan sure won't work.

Could also be a wiring issue at the fan, happened to me that one had not been properly secured.

Should run on manual regardless of temperature. I agree with calling them. Great customer service.

Ive had this same problem, for me the solution was to get on the roof and remove the cover on top of the fan you will see what looks like a flat piece of wire which is the sensor for the water that shuts your fan down when it gets wet, Mine was slightly corroded i cleaned it up a little and put it back together and have had no problems since. Its really not that hard i think all i needed was a phillips screw driver.
