Yep, we've been using it for 2 years and it seems to work as promised. We were introduced to it after we had to have our black tank power washed - the tech was very confident in the performance of the product, so we decided to give it a try. It's very difficult (almost impossible actually) to provide an objective review of tank products, but it does seem to do the job and definitely eliminated the odor we used to smell on discharge. As to struvite prevention, I haven't noticed any buildup on the interior of the discharge tube like before, so I think it's working. Previously we used Happy Camper for 5 years and definitely saw the struvites, although I had no idea of what they were or where they originated.

I guess I'm the odd ball as usual. Count me as one that believes in using plenty of water and nothing else. No tank/odor problems here. I'll put those dollars to use in my fuel tank.

Not an odd ball at all - lots of water does help, especially in the black tank, but not the kitchen grey tank. However, I'm not sure that about $1/week plus/minus will buy a whole lot of fuel, even at today's prices. Perhaps it might be cheap insurance to avoid the eventual cost of pressure cleaning the tanks if the problem is just postponed.

I am with you. Don't care about the tank gauges and on those rare occasions we get a smell out of the gray tank, bit of pinesol and a flush does the trick.
