That's nice, but I still think they should have fixed it for $0.00. Was it a plastic intercooler that failed, and did they replace it with an aluminum one?

The one that cracked was all aluminum and replaced with all aluminum. So I'm very satisfied as I'm out of warranty.

It just developed a crack form pressure climbing some steep hills between Wytheville Va and Beckley WVA doing 65mph uphill pulling my rig loaded at 12K.

Thanks for the info Ray. Guess Fancy Gap got ya! I have pulled that a few times, one of the longer pulls in the east I have been on.

The pull up fancy Gap is a good one...Last October on the way up I moved into the left lane with the cruise set on 68 mph.The truckers all began to slow in the right lane but the Dodge kept on pulling...had to get out of it once for a slow moving car but after it moved over I hit resume on the cruise and we were off again.Man do I like these Cummins diesels. The key to pulling the hiils for me is to keep the speed setting dialed into the cruise control memory
