Level Up just clicks
We have been parked for one week and I went to set the jacks down on a side that settled and only got clicks. I could not retract or lower any of the jacks. Checked the voltage 13.5. Rechecked all circuits, had one gfi tripped in the kitchen. Checked and charged battery for one hour. Same response. Hold the button and all I get is a click.
It sure felt like an under voltage issue but have ruled that out. We are still attached to shore power.
Any ideas before I call for mobile repair?

May need to check the valves for the system, the ones located in the front storage by the pump and motor. I had to have a valve replaced in January when it wouldn't function. Assume your keypad is still functioning?

Yes the keypad is working fine. Not sure what you mean by checking the valves?
Next question is what do I do to manually operate these jackets? Retracting the rear, then raising the front, hooking up and then fully retracting the fronts?
I did see a post here once on manually operating the jacks, I just can't seem to find it.

You can manually operate the motor by pealing the label off the end of the motor and inserting a long phillips head driver backwards into your drill and the using the octagonal end of the driver in the hole in the motor to turn the motor. Before I did that, however, i'd reset the computer. Unplug the power wire to the computer (looks like a phone jack) and could be on either side of the basement wall. Leave it unplugged for a minute or so and then plug it back in. Whatever tripped the GFI may have messed with the mind of the computer. Also before I used the drill I'd call Lippert Customer service. They're usually easy to work with and very helpful.

For manual retraction, besides what was said about the motor, it is necessary to open the appropriate operating valves located next to the pump with a 5/32 allen wrench turning clockwise a couple of turns.

My Trumbar relay went bad on our way to our first Montana Rally. If someone will hold the button you can jump it to make pum run. Be sure to tell them not to turn loose or sparks will fly

So I did all of the suggested diagnostics and still wasn't working. Figured it HAD to be a low voltage condition and I replaced (upgraded) the battery to a brand new, freshly charged AGM deep cycle. Still no joy. Called LCI, tech was very helpful and gave me detailed troubleshooting tips and I metered out all points. All of these checks did not disclose a problem.
Since we have an extended warranty, I figured it was time to call in a pro. Technician arrived and he must have sprinkled pixie dust on the control panel because he got it to work!
He said that intermittent problems like this are very common, especially here in Florida. He suspects moisture. By "playing" with the controls - trying every combination of MANUAL adjustments - he is usually able to get them to respond. Which is what he did on my panel.
I think I will look into sealing the panel or the access door better to prevent a re-occurrence.
Oh and my Camping World Extended Warranty denied the claim for the $155 service charge. I will be fighting that one for sure. What good is it to have the Platinum roadside program AND the top of the line 84 month warranty if they deny claims?

Most all extended warranties do not pay for the service call read the contract. The service person can be creative on how they report the service call.
