Keep in mind with slides out and jacks down, your fluid level will appear to be low so as not to over fill. I marked the low and high point on ours so as to keep an eye on it with slides in or out and jacks up or down.

We have the same model and year. Similar problem last spring. The big relay in the front compartment had a couple loose nuts on the cables that are attached to it. Tightened them and it all worked.

ok.....the ram that pushes out the slide, where it goes into the cylinder.....has a snap ring that holds the part that goes against the cylinder that has 2 seals in it.....1 to keep dirt out...1 to keep oil in. the snap ring popped out of its groove.....it wont stay in....I will take it to the dealer.....thanks for all the help....bob

Hope it's any easy repair and won't be out of service very long.
