Blower acting on it's own

I am at wits end with my 2010 RK3000 furnace, it comes on by itself and runs for about 5 minutes and then shuts off. The only way to stop it is by pulling the fuse.

I have replaced the board on the furnace and the board inside where the rear A/C unit is located. I also remade the phone line ends from the thermostat to the inside board. Nothing has worked.

I am a loss. Any suggestions?

Do you have one or two thermostats and if only one, what kind?

Try the search function. I don't have that thermostat, but I seem to recall this issue has come up a couple of times before.

Make sure your heat is set to off when you scroll thru the modes and your fans are set to auto on the fan selector. then put the thermostat in cool mode for both zones. if your in auto mode it will cycle between heat and cold to keep the desired set temp.

I think you are correct about this. I had the same problem and the key is to be sure the heat is off or it will be cycling between heat and cold.It took me a while to figure this out as i thought there was a problem with the thermostat when all it was ,was operator error.
