Motorized shade issue

MaxwellD Montana Fan Join Date: Oct 2017 Location: Tyler Posts: 186 M.O.C. #20704	Motorized shade issue Howdy, on the 3730 FL there is a motorized shade feature. Depressing the up / down button only produced a short high-pitched sound but no movement of the shade . Anyone have experience with failure of this motorized shade? Also, I noticed in the 12 V fuse area : Zone 1, Zone 2 , Zone 3 Zone 4 - anyone know what zone is what?
