Ladder Mounting Help on 295RL

Hello, looking for advice on the best way to mount a 8’ ladder. Not much room inside my 295RL once the slides are in and my truck is a short bed.

I have witnessed folks mounting on the back ladder but not sure what they are using and how they are securing.

Any advice would be great!

We use a telescoping ladder that fits in our storage, but we have a ladder mounted rack that holds some camp chairs that would work just fine for a ladder. This is what we have and if you go to Amazon to search for RV ladder chair rack, you will have quite an assortment. Stromberg Carlson LA-104 RV Ladder Chair Rack

We lash ours onto the existing ladder in the back of the unit.

I carry my ladder on the ladder using a Camco rack from CW.

Rlates, I carry this ladder in the basement of our 2020 295RL:
