Greetings from Texas

Hello to everyone!

The DW and I were 30 year residents of Colorado but decided that we were over Colorado winters. So we sold our house and moved to Texas and became full time RVers. After several months in our other 5th wheel we decided that while it was nice it just didn't have everything we wanted for full time living and travel and we started shopping around. We finally decided on a 2021 Montana 3761RD.

We have already made modifications. First we took the bedroom mattress out and put in our SleepNumber mattress. Second, we took out the hide-a-beds in the den slides and installed a sewing cabinet for the DW in one a computer desk and drawers in the other for me. The slides are still a work in progress.

We are still massaging things into cabinets and closets, but we are getting there. We can't believe how well built and quiet this rig is. We hardly hear rain on the roof unlike in the previous rig.

Hope to meet some of you down the road.

Welcome to the forum from the east side of Williamson County! This is a great forum. Where were you in CO? We spent some time in Greeley and Aurora in the 80’s while I was working for a CO based construction company.

We lived in Colorado Springs which was a great place for a military retiree with all the bases there. Our son and family are still there so we will visit.
