Newbies from Hampton VA

Hi Folks! Wife and I looked at the 3750FL at the Richmond VA Show and the Maryland Show the following week. Ordered and received the unit first week in March. Thanks for all the information that is available on this forum (and others). Made my job a lot easier.

That is a nice unit! Glad you joined the forum. This is certainly the best place to find out information about your Montana. Perhaps we shall run into you sometime down the road. Enjoy your new camper!

You're in good company with that floor plan. It appears to be a very popular unit. Welcome to the forum.

Congratulations on the new rig. In order to properly exhibit it, you should consider driving down to Marion, NC in August and joining us for the 2011 MOC Mid-Atlantic Rally. Hope to see you all there. Oh, almost forgot, nice choice of rig, there is something about that floorplan that like (hint: see signature).

Charlie,

Congratulation on your new Montana. Like Bingo said, try to come to the 2011 MOC Mid-Atlantic Rally. Our first rally was last years 2010 MOC Mid-Atlantic Rally, and we had a blast. Hope to see you there.

Hey Thanks Folks. I would not mind meeting up with you all. Pattie and I still work full time, however I think it would be great to meet up with fellow Montana owners and get some advice. Other than the dining table sliding around and the spare tire a little close to the ground we are very happy with the 5er.

Take the Friday off, come on down on Thursday evening, and you will definitely enjoy the weekend meeting great MOCers and exchanging ideas (a lot of the ideas will have an immediate impact on your wallet when the DW sees them...believe me!) The regional rallies are typically only 3-5 days. We also work full-time, but we manage to squeeze a rally or two in each year. It is definitely worth it.

It was easy, but I think you all convinced us to go down to Marion for a couple of days for the Rally in August. George and Rosetta - we live a couple of miles from Fort Monroe, in fact we were over there the weekend you were there. Small world, we were down your way and stayed at Smith Lake twice in the past 6 months. Nephew is stationed at Bragg, however he is currently serving a tour in Afghanistan. Anytime a MOCer (I hope I am correct in my terminology) is near Hampton Roads VA by please let us know. Pattie and I would like to meet fellow Monty owners.

Charlie,
Whenever you come to our area please let us know. We live in a neighborhood close to the Ft Bragg campground and would love to get together.

Charlie,
George and Rosetta are good folks! We have enjoyed their company at several of the Rallies. I am currently working two jobs so don't get out as often as we used to but we are close by for questions/suggestions. Our next trip is scheduled for Memorial day weekend out at Kiptopeake State park on the Eastern Shore.

George/Rosetta....I forgot you were close to Bragg, we did a couple of down and backs 6 months ago to help daughter move back up to Virginia Beach following her seperation from her Army Husband stationed at Bragg. Probably would not have had time to do more than grab a bite to eat together but I wasn't thinking straight at the time.....
