Loss of graphics on forum

Anyone know why the graphics are gone on the forum? The weather gizmos are all gone in everyone's signature.

I don't think anything changed. Your weather graphics are there.

I think the forum was modified slightly as there is now a quick reply feature at the bottom of the posts.

The quick reply feature has always been there. If Orv and Marge are not seeing graphics, it could be their computer or browser that has changed.
Happy trails..................

ols1932,
You might check your popup blocker and or virus checker software.

I've checked everything, antivirus and popup blockers but everything is okay. This problem just started yesterday and I'm at a loss as to what caused it. I disabled antivirus, disabled all popups, even used my Netscape 8.0 browser instead of IE and still can't see the weather gizmos on anyone's signature.

If you right click on a weather banner, one of the menu items that comes up is "block images from wunderground.com". Could that have got set on? Also you said you disabled all pop-ups, maybe you need to enable them, at least for Wunderground.com?

Good luck, these mystery changes are a challenge, especially if you are like me, only semi- computer literate (if that).

You're right, these mysterious things happen and we don't know why. As I previously mentioned, I don't have any weather banners, just the space where they normally are. There is just the spot where they are supposed to be and when I right click on the little "x", I don't get the "block images from wunderground.com". But I did go and allow wunderground.com to see what happens..

If you have automatic updates set for windows or your security software, something probably happened in an update. You can "allow pop-ups for this site" on most browser. Try setting that and see if it helps. Another thing I have done from time to time is clear my temporarty internet files. Sometimes this helps also.
Happy trails...................

The thing that puzzles me is that it is only the weather banners for everyone that don't show on the website for me. I'm sure there is something in my computer that is causing it because my wife's laptop shows them. I guess I could uninstall updates and see if that is the problem. However there were no updates for several days before this problem cropped up. I'll keep looking and advise what I find.

If you see no pictures, either, check IE's tools/advanced/multimedia/show pictures.

Or, try running an adware/spyware detection app. I had an infestation awhile back that caused some screwy things.
