Pot light removal

We have a 2013 3402RL and it has two pot lights at the back of the living room. I would like to take them down so I can clean them out.
Looks like a couple of bugs in there. I pulled them down a bit but am afraid to really pull on them. Is there a trick or a special way to lower them? Thanks

I have a 2012 3402rl and I just replaced a bulb and those light lens just twist off counterclock ways to replace bulbs or clean them out you do not need to take the hole light out although you can they have 2 spring loaded clips pull the light down a little and stick a screwdriver up there and push one of the clips/levers up and the whole lite will come out but like I said you just want to take the lens off

Jim, since you live in Washington State, can you explain what a pot light is?

If I remember correctly you pull them down, it will feel like you are going to break them, and then you should see a clip. Pop the clip with your fingernail and then... This is the past I am not sure if, the pancake part slides off or chimes down. Them you will see the light. We are on atr sight now so if you need me to check I will tonight. Just message or post. Good luck.
