2005 3400 changes

We are considering to purchase a 3400 but would like to have a king size bed instead of queen.I read a thread that this is going to be an option for the 3400 soon. If anyone has any information about the changes or upgrades on the 2005 3400, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me before I purchase one and then find out I wish I had waited. I also heard that a 2005 3500 was going to be offered as a new floor plan soon, all I know is that the dealer told us that it would have a rear living room, that would be similar to the 3650, with the kitchen and the living room switching places. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

That wasg a question I asked at the factory. They did not say yes or no but the 3380 and the 3400 definitely have room for a King size bed.

I have also heard they are going to start offering the king size bed in the 3400RL, but heard it would not be until after may or june of this coming year. Almost makes me think it would be an option for the 2006 line.

We just bought a 2005, 3400 RL, and asked specifically about the larger bed. We were told that it was not offer, nor were there any plans. Possibly the 3500 or the new Summit, the proposed Bid Sky replacement, will have the king bed. We do love our new rig, the floor plan is great. We just upgraded from our Mountaineer and are very glad we did. Good Luck!

I saw a new Montana 3500RL today on RV Trader. The dealer is RV Connections in Panama City, FL. It does have a rear living room behind double french doors. Three slides and shows 36 ft long. They show 12 pictures of it in their ad. I don't know how to post a link to them but you can go to rvtrader.com and search for 2005 Montana 3500RL and will take you there. Not sure what size bed it has but I like it!
