Well we got the spring replaced. I will deal with Dexter after our trip. The RV dealer we used was Poulsbo RV in Everett, WA. We bought our first TT from them and always had good service.

They were able to get the new spring in and got us repaired yesterday. Awesome service. They carry some of the Thor products but not the Montana. Although everyone commented on what a beautiful 5er it is.

Here is a picture of the spring before replacement. Not a great photo but you should be able to see what I am talking about.

I have seen springs look like this in rare occasions, sometimes it is a matter of one leaf breaking which weakens the rest of the stack.

Very glad it worked out for you, I hope the RV dealer will provide you with any assistance with any further needs and do it correctly and honestly.
