Keystone experience...

As some of you may know, I have had a week of problems, one of which was very serious - the spring hanger brackets on the rear axle had failed on one side and had all but failed on the passenger side.

I also have a galley tank leak and needed a tank. I couldn't get an OEM part from anyone but a dealer and became very frustrated with this situation, especially when you add the week's problems on top.

I wanted the members of this forum to know that I had a positive conversation with Aram Koltookian and Steve Holmes, by posting the letters that I have sent to them:

and,

Thanks for the info Michael, it is always nice knowing that the company behind one of our major investments stands behind their product. Your attitude after an obviously troubling week is commendable and worthy of our admiration.

Hey right on Michael - well worded responses!

Sorry about your problems - I really hope they strengthen those spring hangers.

Michael, thank you for sharing your GOOD experience with Keystone. It certainly should make the rest of feel better, if we should run into problems.

Very nicely written Michael. Those are the types of letters that will allow those of us who MAY have future problems to get some good help. Thanks.

I,like you, have had great experience with Keystone. I have nothing but respect for the people that I have had contact with. They do care about there costumers. I will be watching the hanger issue and plan on repairing them like Michael did. Keep up the good work Keystone.

That is great Michael and the letters are a fine example of proper communications. As we have said many times our experience with Keystone has been positive in every respect.
