Batteries not charging when plugged into shore power

First trip after having 4 Battle Born Lithium Batteries installed along with victron BMV-712 smart sensor and new victron MPPT - 100 (maybe 50) solar power controller and the batteries don't seem to be charging when hooked up to shore power 30 or 50 amp. We have a magnum 2000 charger-inverter.

First time hooking to shore got a fault error message on the inverter panel. See pics for some data. I had a friend review the input data for type of battery, charging watts etc. But didn't help change the charging of the batteries.

Help - suggestions - we're on a trip to Red Lodge MT and been on the road for 2 days. Staying tonight in St Regis MT.

Thanks in advance,
John

What transfer switch do you have. Mine would not charge because the transfer switch wouldn’t latch. If you have a Progressive Dynamics you can manually exercise the relay.

Has your Magnum been set to the lithium charge profile? Also check that the shorepower input setting isn't zero. Since the charger led is lit I suspect either there is no 120 to the Magnum, or shorepower setting is at zero or charge profile thinks your batteries are full (lithium voltage stays higher than fully charged LA batteries).

You will have to dive into the manuals to understand the settings.

Charger is in standby because the final charge is set to silent and the rebulk voltage is too low. If you're plugged in and the charger led isn't lit you need to check the transfer switch or the shore source.

chart for input on Magnmum display for Lithium batteries

Hi all,
Thanks for your suggestions. My friend found this chart for input settings on the magnum. I changes to the settings in the chart and seemed to work as the batteries charged to 100% and the D/C, A/C , microwave, lights, usb, electric water heater all worked when on shore power for the 2.5 weeks in Red Lodge Montana. Just before we left I unplugged from shore power and my wife wanted to use the microwave so I hit the inverter button on the magnum display and their was a flicker of the lights and the fault light came on :-( turned the generator on and that didn't give power as the inverter fault light was on...we were leaving for home (and our next overnight stop) and figured we'd figure out what was going on when we got to our over night stop...Couldn't so when we got home made an appointment for servicing, winterizing and fixing our electrical issues. I'll post when we get the RV in for the servicing (October 29th the RV goes in for the service) I've attached the input sheet and some pics of the magnum monitor messages. John
