Okay, we think/suspect/are afraid that we have a mousie living between the ceiling panels and the roof in our bedroom. Usually only between 2-3 AM there is a scurrying noise, nothing dramatic and really not heard any other time. Of course, we don't spend all day in the bedroom!
Is this possible? I suppose it is possible, as mice can fit just about anywhere. Doesn't seem like there would be much room for anything, though.
No, we have not seen any evidence whatsoever of mice in the interior, i.e., droppings, etc. Nothing.
We have a small dog; therefore, setting a trap in the open is not feasible, nor are poisons, etc.
Obviously we don't want said alleged critter to do damage and don't want it to die inside the ceiling . . . ewwwww!
Any ideas? Ways to get rid of it (yes, I know about traps, peanut butter, etc.) Need to lure it out to trap it, probably.
Or are we just hallucinating and there really isn't room for a mousie in the ceiling?
Thanks!
Betty
