Ceiling Issues

On our first summertime trip, we woke to find one of the ceiling trim strips where the panels are joined sagging, on further investigation we noticed that the entire ceiling panel in that area is also sagging down (like it just wasn't glued on correctly). The panel/strip involve runs along the area where the return vents for the air conditioner are.
Have an appt to get it looked at, anyone else have this issue?

Follow-up to above: dealer actually expanded up having to totally replace a section of the ceiling, then able to just repair/restapel the other strips involved. Hopefully this does the trick.

While that problem isn't very prevalent, it has occurred to some of us. In my case it was the trim strip which hadn't been attached too securely. The dealer repaired it under warranty and 3 years later it is still holding on.

Just the trim strips, used a little super glue

Many folks have had to repair them. Liquid nails is also an option.

Since it's under warranty will have the dealer repair it. The trim strip doesn't concern me as much as the ceiling area underneath it that is no adhering (about a 1 foot diameter of ceiling)

Trim strip issue is fairly common. First I have heard of a ceiling panel dropping absent water damage. Glad to hear the dealership took care of you.
