AC Help
Picked up the 331RL yesterday.
During the walk through, both AC units appeared to be running
Got home. Plugged in, extended slides. Set both AC units to 76. (Hot here in Savannah 95+\-)
This morning I check on it—seems only the Bedroom AC running.
*flipped breakers-main and singular.
*unplugged 50amp
Reversed all of the above & turned units back on.
I climbed up top to listen and the unit is not making a sound.
Is there something else to check?

Does the fan for that unit turn on in low or high mode? If not it’s brand new ... but you could remove that AC roof cover and reseat the RJ45 telephone connections going to the electronic control module.
If no luck with that then trip to dealership

It sounds like you have an electrical problem with your shore power. I think you only have one leg that is hot. Use a multimeter to make sure you have 110 volts on both legs.

*UPDATE*
I had an appt set for September 13th @ camping world
We were leaving for a
Trip tomorrow so I called a mobile tech in case I was missing something.......
Guess what?
Tech got up on the roof: opened the unit to check the wires———- the NEUTRAL wires was NOT attached.
The unit never worked.
Ground✅ Power ✅ Neutral 4 wires—3 of 4 engaged. 4th wire was coiled up and stashed away.
Imagine how much styrofoam is inside the RV now

This is why camping world has a horrible reputation. Stay clear of them if you can.

When I do a PDI a temp gun is shot at AC units to see temps coming out. When temps get cold inside I check the furnace, heat pump, and fireplace. Not a CW problem but HC and PDI problem.

AC help
I’d most defiantly bill them. You have nothing to loose. When we picked up our new 3791RD in 2017, we headed out on a trip. After 3 weeks crazy electrical issues started happening. Long story but after lots of trouble shooting and getting into a repair shop hundreds of miles from home, the tech found that the dealer never connected the 2 battery’s. One battery was getting charged. The other battery was getting drained. Even on shore power and not using the battery’s they still go dead. And are needed to complete the circuit. The 2 wires needed were inside the battery box and were never hooked up. So after $150 labor to hook 2 wires up ,I was good to go.
I sent the bill to my dealer. They could not have treated me better after they realized it was their mistake. They fully paid me the amount and gave me a discount on future parts. They handled it well. I’d recommend them to anyone. Even if they did forget to connect the new battery. General RV. Canton Ohio great folks.
Randy.
