What model ac on an ‘05 2955RL?
Seems like a silly question but I’ve not been able to ID the thing even after looking at my owners info and taking the shroud off.
The illegible hand written list from Keystone shows a 15,000 something starting with a D. I’m guessing Dometic but don’t want to guess. We’re looking to add a soft start.
Kindest regards,
Joel

Mine is a Duo-Therm model 59516.531
I have been considering the soft start also. If you find the proper one let me know the model number and how you like it.

I have a 03 I know not the same but the model number is on a tag inside the grill. I had to search to find it then I just took my phone and took a picture of the tag I couldn't read it without taking a photo

My 2005 2955RL is long gone but the Duo-Therm mentioned by Russ sure sounds familiar.

Ok, I crawled up there and took a good look. Even though the cover says "Quiet Cool by Dometic" the inside labeling shows Duo-Therm model 59516.331. As for which soft start to get I'm looking very closely at the MicroAir Easy Start 364. https://www.microair.net/products/ea...nt=30176048267
There are a multitude of videos on YouTube showing step by step installation on various units.
