2003 2955rl outside stove vent hood replacement

I have a 2003 Montana 2955rl and I want to replace outside range hood vent. Cannot find any same size. Full time living in florida and loving it. Any help where to get replacement parts would be great. Want to put pergo flooring In as well but concerned about slide.

A photo would be a big help to identify what the hood looks like.

Measurement is roughly 12.5" width x 6.5" length. Range hood is an elixir by jensen

You can try http://www.trekwood.com/. They have a lot of replacement parts for Montanas. But a vent for a 15 yr old model may be a stretch unless it was used for many more later years. Searching their site can be tedious for some items. May be easier to just call them at the number listed at the bottom of their web site.

Assuming the rough opening is adequate, one of the Ventline products should work. Here are two that popped up
